Longhaired cats don't cuddle on hot humid nights.

- i love it. my cat does that, the legs-outstretched-against-your-chest thing trying to push you away with all of the kitty might they can muster. i can he's got that same pose.

- He seems to have just one expression on camera. :-<

bokeh: heh--but you forgot the wrinkled brow =:-< (He can't help it--he's not angry all the time, he's Persian!) ...and in answer to questions... Peek Peek was found at a shelter through his listing on www.petfinder.com -- he had been picked up as a stray in a tony 'burb in CT (he had been outside for some time too--they found him covered in mats, skinny aw like my baby, etc). (He is Persian, but you can search petfinder.com by any breed of cat and/or location.) A breeder who saw some of his photos told me that he is a "very show-quality" Persian, so by being willing to adopt an adult animal (he was over a year old at the time) who needed a home we ended up with a $500 Persian practically for free (that's not even mentioning his awesome personality). :) Peeky doesn't have any breathing problems like some (overbred) Persians can, but he does need regular brushing and needs to get to the groomer 3-4 times a year. If you don't have air conditioning, it's kindest to shave them down for the summertime (which leads to great pics, and PP actually enjoys grooming himself MORE when his hair is trimmed way down). see so yay he likes it, peekpeek likes it.
